At Acdive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We’ve created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible

Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned within 40 days from your order date if accompanied by the original tags and packing slip you received.
After going through the Easy return process（just entering your email in the Return Form then following the instructions provided）you will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s) based on the original payment method.

It helps us process your return faster if you provide all shipping details when shipping products back to us. We will process your refund within 2-3 business days after receiving the return products.

Although we have made great efforts to enable you to have a better understanding of our different sizes of clothing, choosing the wrong size still occurs. In order to save you time and effort, we have a “No worry size policy“: when you submit your order, after completing the address and email fields, a text field named “Order notes” will appear for you– PLEASE WRITE YOUR SIZE HERE  (eg:  men chest 36”, waist 30”, height: 5’6”, weight 132lb). When our warehouse ships your item, we will double check whether your actual size matches the size you purchased. If they match, we will ship directly. If they do not match, we will send you an email regarding exchange of sizes.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package for your protection. Save the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

The quickest way to receive a new item is to place a new order on our website and send back your original order as a return. You will be refunded your original purchase if it arrives to us unworn or in like-new condition.
