1. How do I register? Click “Account Icon” at the top or “Login/Sign in” at the bottom of the website, and you will see a registration form.
2. I forgot my password. Just click the “Forgot your password” on “Account/Sign in” Page and fill in your email address. We will send you an automated email to reset your password.
3. How can I change my password? My Account -> Edit Profile ->Change Password
4. I did not receive the change password email. Check your mailbox including your spam folder. If you are still unable to receive the activation email, please contact our customer service to resolve this issue.

2. Can I caculate shipping at cart page? Yes, click “Caculate shipping” and fill in your country on the “View Cart” page or Checkout page (we advise free global shipping for orders over US$120)

1. Do you provide an invoice? Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, an invoice will be sent to you via email.
2. “Do I have to pay tax on orders I buy at acdive.com?” Maybe. It depends on the specific country that is receiving the shipped goods. Tax is a very complex issue, and varies from one country to another. Some countries are easy to import products into, and have few restrictions and no taxes. 1. How do I place my order? You can either creat an account or simply place an order with your email address, choose the product color and size -> Add to cart ->Checkout ->Express Shipment
2. How do I choose the size? You can refer to the “Size chart” on the product page. We also have a “No worry size policy“: when you submit your order, after your filling the address and email , a text field named “Order notes” will appear for you– PLEASE WRITE YOUR SIZE HERE (eg: men chest 36”, waist 30”, height: 5’6”, weight 132lb). When our warehouse ships your item, we will double check whether your actual size matches the size you purchased. If they match, we will ship directly. If they do not match, we will send you an email regarding exchange of sizes.
3. Can I cancel/change the order I just paid? It is only possible to change your order status before if the order is processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer service (within 1 hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.

3. Does the product price include shipping cost? We have a free global shipping line US$120 for all countries, for orders less than US$120, you need to pay shipping cost. Please click here to learn more
4. What’s the shipping method? Our express carriers include UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Alicourier. We regularly adjust these carriers based on global routes conditions and rates. Therefore, we do not specify specific carrier.
5. You have Free Shipping and Flat rate, any difference? Order amount over free global shipping line US$120 will enjoy Free shipping, order amount less than the line will be Flat rate. Note : Free shipping and Flat rate will use the same shipping method/carrier, which we can adjust from carriers such as UPS, DHL, etc.
5. How do I know if my items have been shipped or not? When items are shipped out, we will send tracking number to your email. You can also tracking your order with your email or order number at the Order Tracking Page. Pls note, the tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch, please contact us if your package is stuck at any transit station.
6. How to track my parcel? Track your order with your email or order number at the Order Tracking Page. You can also track your parcel on carrier website with the tracking number.
7. Why is my tracking info not updated? The tracking information normally appears 1-3 working days after parcel being sent. Any problem, please contact us at [email protected]
