In an effort to ship your order in a timely manner the ability to cancel or modify an order is not always available. So please verify your shipping info carefully, in general, once an order enters the processing stage, the shipping info cannot be changed.But we have an 1-hour policy that if you have changes or would like to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] or live chat leave messages within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Although we have made great efforts to enable you to have a better understanding of our different sizes of clothing, choosing the wrong size still occurs. In order to save you time and effort, we have a “No worry size policy“: when you submit your order, after completing the address and email fields, a text field named “Order notes” will appear for you– PLEASE WRITE YOUR SIZE HERE  (eg:  men chest 36”, waist 30”, height: 5’6”, weight 132lb). When our warehouse ships your item, we will double check whether your actual size matches the size you purchased. If they match, we will ship directly. If they do not match, we will send you an email regarding exchange of sizes.
